The world of Shadow of Legend is abundant of all kinds of things from daily consumables to luxury articles, even rare treasures.
Currently, there're weapons, food, medical lotion, materials, quest items, job-shift items, consumables, tools and riding pets, among which food, materials, event items, quest items and consumables could be accumulated and piled up in the backpack.
1) Equipment: Sword, Wand, bow, gun and everything that could normally be wore, for head, chest, waist, legs, feet or hands, every part of the body. Every piece of equipment is unique in properties, including name, suitable level, basic properties, additional properties, ownership, class requirement, race requirement and endurance.
- a. Judging by the color of the item, you come to know its level, indicated as purple, blue, green and white from higher to lower.
- b. The suitable level is the minimum level required for using this item.
- c. The basic properties tell the basic information of the item, with health damage for physical weapons, mana damage for magic weapons and armor for defense.
- d. Additional properties refer to other quantified item attributes, mainly composing endurance, agility, intelligence and strength.
- e. Ownership defines the exclusive access to one item of somebody, in case that it's illegally seized by others.
- f. Class requirement is obligatory for the utilization of one particular item.
- g. Race requirement is obligatory for the utilization of one particular item.
- h. Endurance shows the condition of the items and sinks whenever the character dies; the items disappear when the endurance value degrades to 0. You can take the defective items to the Repair Master for repairing.

2) Food: HP replenishment, MP replenishment
The food takes effect comparatively slower in a similar way to real life; in general, it's consumed every few seconds for a while. If you get attacked during the meal, it won't be effective. Food could be bought in the grocery in the ton or through drops looting.
3) Lotion: HP replenishment, MP replenishment, Double Recovery

We have a lot of colorful events in our game, and some articles are necessary when you want to be active. For example, we have listed some items that are needed for two events.
6) Quest Items: Objects to be used during quests.
Quests are important for the game, and some quests just require you to find and get some particular items. These items are only obtainable after receiving the quest and can't be traded.
7) Job-shift Items: Skill Books, Job-shift Books
Skills are learnt by studying the skill books that are sold in Skill Book Stores and Item Mall, or dropped by monsters. Job-shift Items could only be obtained through taking quests, but they're necessary for future class progression.
8) Consumables: Return Scroll, Random Scroll
Taking advantage of the Return Scroll, you can get back to the Maincity in seconds; while by using Random Scroll you can reach any place on the current map in a flash. They are sold in grocery.
9) Tools: Gavel, Saw, Scissor, knife
These tools are mainly used for collecting and on sale in the grocery. The life circle is 100 times of utilization, after which you have to buy a new one.
10) Riding Pet: Horse, Gnu, Giantbear, Boars
Every race has its own designated mount. You could buy one from the grocer to lend speed to your movement.
