    Low Country System
    [ 05/15/2008 ]

The Low Country System works to strengthen the weaker camp to reduce the imbalance of power between Union and Chaos.  The quantity of players and the number of high level players on one camp are some factors that create the imbalance.  The Low Country System helps encourage competition and PvP in the game.

    Rules:

    1. By clipping the top 100 player of the highest level that have logged into the game in the last 3 days from both Union and Chaos, the average level of 300 players for each camp is determined.

    2. If the average level gap is larger than 5 levels, the one with lower level is determined as the Low Country.

    3. If the average level gap is less than 5 levels, the Low Country System won't apply.

    4. Those with a level lower than 40 from the Lower Country are encouraged in the principle of double experience reward for the same work.

    5. Rewards for on-line events or quests remain the same.

    6. In a Master-Pupil Relationship, the pupil earns half the experience in the Higher Country when compared to his or her counterpart in the Lower Country.

    7. The Lower Country System is updated at 12:00 am everyday.
