Dear Players,

Server Tritesse and Horea will be merged on April 21 during the maintenance hours, based on our observation that this will be beneficial for all players on both servers. Tritesse will be the server to host all characters currently on these servers. The merge will affect characters or guilds that use the same name. Please read the following to learn more about post merge renaming:  

1. Character Names  

1) For any two characters (Avatars) that share the same name, the one with lower character level will be renamed.  　　

2) Renaming is done by prefixing the name with a random symbol. If the name contains max characters (alphanumeric) allowed in SOL, then renaming takes place by prefixing a random symbol and discarding the last character. For example, a name such as "ab1234567890" could be changed as "*ab123456789".

3) Because each game account is allocated 5 character slots per server, in the event that one game account has more than 5 characters after the merge, only the top 5 leveled characters will be displayed. Others are retained but displayed when a slot is freed up.

4) After the merge, players who have characters renamed during the merge can request to have those characters take on names of your choice by contacting GameMaster@smartcell.com.

Please Note
a) The deadline to submit such request is May 31, 2008.
b) The request must be sent from the email account you've registered with us. Please include username in the email for verification.
c) In the event that the desired name is taken, we will ask you to choose another name and resubmit the request.

2. Guild Names

1) For any two guilds that share the same name, the one with less member count will be renamed. If the member counts are the same, then the guild that does not own the highest level character will be renamed

2) Renaming is done by prefixing the guild name with a random symbol. If the guild name contains max character(alphanumeric) allowed in SOL, then renaming takes place by prefixing a reandom symbol and discarding the last character. For example, if a guild name is "guild1234567890", it could be renamed as "*guild123456789".
